about production stimulation problem

    if i have a 95 ATT BOW
    and use bow production stimulation

    it will have a opportunity to reach 110ATT?

    because i look for website, it says it will be change in ±5(90-100) but this
    result is come from other server.

    so what is true in rms?

    can someone ask me the answer?

    The stats of the nisrock have no influence on the result of the shiner.
