Hello. With the recent update for Paladin (HYPEEEEEEEEEE!) I went around Road of Regrets 5 to farm for Power Stance 20. However, the stun effect from 'Charged Blow' won't apply Stun anymore. Been training for about 30minutes and it applies less than 10% of the time. Not sure if the recent update messed up the % chance, but Charge Blow still says 90%. Labled as 'Major' due to Paladin training being a lot less viable due to the stun not applying to mobs. Here's a video I took just to show. Not sure why it looks the way it does, but you can still see what I'm talking about.
Restarted client and redownloaded files, seemed to fix the problem. My apologies for the inconvenience, close this if you can
