Advanced charged blow (paladin 4th job skill) is currently bugged. It's supposed to increase the chance of keeping your elemental charge by 10% ea skill level (at lv1 10% chance, level 10 100% chance) but currently it is 0% chance whatever your ACB skill level is. (Currently after each hit you do with ACB you'll have to recast your charge)
Advanced Charged Blow*. Also it is only bugged when you hit mobs, not when you spam it without hitting a mob. And yes Ty, I think so too but I'm also sure it hasn't been fixed and considering this bug breaks the game for any paladin it should be fixed asap. It's like having to recast booster after every Brandish you use.
