    I am aware of Neo Tokio entrance through the well, but where I can reach Neo City: <Year 2021> Average Town Entrance?

    Considering how the year is now 2021, perhaps u might wanna go on a road trip. Also we dont hv neo city here but rather neo tokyo. Can consider trying to find this average town in countries that are opening up from covid :)
