Hi, I was transferring items from one char (NL) to another char (shad), and accidentally included the gold zak helm among those items. Without a warning (like a regular zak helm), the gold zak helm just flew off and disappeared. Happened between 4th Aug, 7 to 7.17am Server time. Sorry for the delay in responding, unfortunately it took a bit longer than expected to get a copy of the database backup from the Server Check before the issue started for us to be able to issue the item refunds. A GM will need to refund you the item in game, please can you reply here when you are in game to make it easier for us to find you.
