Hi IGN : SolAngel Problem: Hacked Details: I logged in today at 15-Oct-19 on the following IGN and found that I've been hacked on my character Solangel. Aside from equips items & mesos, ( craven 91 att / shoes 12 att/ cape 11 att/ scg 15 att and others 1b mesos, and it was all emptied with 80m left. can you please help me and review trade transfers and report to which my things were taken Is there any support that I can get on this case? Thanks!
Please note that hacked accounts are not subject to refunds as there have not been database breaches from our end resulting in hackings in the distant past. Set a strong PIN/PIC when you log in next and change your password from the homepage portal when the control panel is back up to ensure your characters cannot be accessed by others again.
