Account already logged on

Hi, when I log onto my account and select a character to log on, my screen freezes for approx. 5 seconds and I get kicked out from my account. When I try to log on again it says: "You're account is already logged on". I have used the fix option on the main website 3 times and it hasn't resolved it.

 

Server just crashed, wait for an update from the admins.

 

Ah right, I thought it was up as it was "Online" on the main website and there were 105 online
