Hello, The IGN lubemeup does not appear to be banned. But unfortunately, your hunch was correct for the IGN blink812. That account was banned because it was hacked. In order to get that account back, please reset your credentials on the Control Panel: https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login Once you have done so, an Admin will be needed to check a few things with your account, including if it can be recovered. I will let the Admins know, but your situation will likely take some time to investigate. The Admins have a lot of tasks on their plate. Please be patient in the meantime!
