    I can’t remember the character names
    But when I play last year I was banned for “vote abuse” coz I was sharing the laptop with my brother.

    This year I decided to Join back but after playing 3 days I got banned again

    Do you know the name of the account IDs of your old account? I can open a PM with you to keep your Account ID out of public view. I'm unable to doublecheck the previous ban if you don't remember the other IGNs from before :(

    You've told me yourself you were banned last year for vote abuse:
    I found your previous Ban Appeal along with the Ban Log list with the Account ID provided via PM. It was already described in your first Ban Appeal from last year on why you were banned. Anymore attempts to ban evade that ban will be met with the same fate.

    I understand the problem that I "created" last time , but I believe that it wasn't some severe issues such as hacking or stuff, I'm just asking to play maple royals, and I don't have to take back my old account, just the new ones that I created a few days back. is it possible to escalate this matter to the admin of royals? appreciate it thanks.

    Because I didn't read the T&C last time properly about the whitelist thing. that's why there were so much problem

    The Admins deemed it was major vote abuse worthy regardless on if it was your first time or not as written by one of them in the ban log. I'm sorry that you didn't know about the whitelist, however it was already mentioned on the voting page right here:

    Double voting was never a temporary ban, the Admins have their own internal guide they follow for deciding between minor and major vote abuse. It used to be public but we had to change it to an internal list to stop people from intentionally abusing it to get away with minor vote abuse. You are not the only case that this had happened to.

    I am locking this thread as there is nothing more we can do. :(
