    Problem:My account has been banned because of hacking
    Details:I'm a chinese player,I have to use the VPN for game in our country because of the bad network.Some hack users also use the same VPN,this may cause GM think the same IP player also use the hack,but I truly never use hack.I hope GM can identify this,and disban my account.

    If you would like to play using a VPN, you must use one that is a private VPN and gives you your own IP address. Most public VPNs have been banned. Please let us know when you have a private VPN and we can look into unbanning your account.
