Closed Account blocked due a to many attemps trying to log in

so i forgot my passwords and i got a massage that i need to change my passwords due to many attemps.
and i did chnage it. now im trying to log in and i get this masssage: "" this is an Id that as been deleted or blocked from connection".
and i got another account for my bishop and i had the same problem but i dont get password reset to my mail..

also when i try to log into my bishop's account and it shows that i got blocked due many attemps of implying wrong passwords..
and when i try to reset the passwords i dont get any mail to my email, is there anything you can do to help me?
