Account blocked due to numerous incorrect PIC attempts

Frankly I've already referred to the PIC retrieval thread and DMed the admins about this issue but almost a week has passed with no response from the admins whatsoever, sorry if this is spam but honestly this is getting a bit ridiculous

 

This is not a spam but simply won’t be helpful, as only @Matt and @Tim may help you with those kind of issues.
