Hi, I had a mule under another account (forgot character name), but haven't been able to log in to the account due to excessive log in attempts (forgot pin). If I recall, I was unable to log in even before then for reasons I'm not aware of. I know I'm unable to post the account name here. Is there any way to resolve this situation? account unlocked, you should be able to recover access by changing password, pin and pic at royals.ms/controlpanel/login for the account now
