Account Blocked - Many invalid PIN attempts

So i tried to log to my account today after many months that i didnt played maple and i received this message, please help, i can log to the forum and site but i cant login to the maple controlpanel or account inside my game

 

Same issue here with my mule. Came back after a long break and i can log in on my main account but i can't login on my mule. i will follow this thread so i know what to do.

 

I solved the problem changing my e-mail from the account, them i changed my password and reseted my PIN and PIC but after that my account was blocked and i couldnt login ;-; . Same thing...i can log in to my mule but my main account is blocked

 

i can't login on the website, i also forgot which e-mail i used for my mule.

 

You should try to find someone with your problem here at the forum, when i was searching yesterday i found some threads that look like your problem man!!!!

 

If you forgot your email, your only option is to follow this guide and request manual recovery of your account. If you're facing any additional issues please create a new Technical Help thread, thank you

 

I did it, a GM sent my appeal to a ADMIN and now i am waiting a response
