Hey there, you have been temporarily banned for a believable claim of account sharing. Spoiler: Major Infractions - Account Sharing Punishment: Permanent ban. Account Sharing - The act of sharing the use of your account, sharing account information with any other individual, or the act of logging into or otherwise using an account owned by another person, with or without permission, regardless of whether or not the information was directly or indirectly shared. Please be aware that, in some cases as per the discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with less harsh punishment. See Appendix for more information. Appendix: Account Sharing - This rule was altered in October of 2014 to respond to the growing number of people abusing the ability to share accounts for a variety of purposes that we deemed unacceptable. Eight scenarios for which account sharing will be considered an immediate permanent ban are the following: Using power-levelling services; Two or more people taking turns in levelling up a character (i.e. training); Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own; Removing items from or deleting someone else's character; Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else; Committing a bannable offence (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account; Wasting Staff time by lying about the account sharing; Sharing your account details with multiple people. Hi, both accounts are mine! I have not shared it with anyone. I apologise if what I said was worded or explained poorly. As I wanted to transit to the first acc and didnt want to use the 2nd acc anymore, I simply wanted to imply that I “asked a friend (whom appeared I owed a favour to and also happen to be over at my place), to come online to free leech (the person is present and uses own laptop to log in and play) to level the character also, and not me using the character at all” when I had to use my 2nd account because I know that sharing account is illegal. I sincerely apologise if I appeared as someone who has claimed to break the rules resulting from poorly worded sentences, because that was not my intention at all. I hope you can lift the ban because I’ve made great online friends using my 1st acc and I really want to play with them. May I ask if the entire IP address is affected? Because now my brother's account (IGN: duelboi, 1 char) has the issue of 'ID has been deleted or blocked from connection' as well using his own PC.
To clarify: the reason for your ban is you claiming to own log-in information to an account that didn't belong to you. Yes, your entire IP address is affected and if your brother would like to continue playing MapleRoyals during the IP ban duration he would have to use a different connection.

Hi, I really don't remember claiming another's account, but if that is insisted, would it be possible to reduce the 30-day ban to a 2 weeks ban instead? I sincerely apologise and there will be no instance where this will happen again. And would it be possible to unblock the IP address so that my brother can play, because I believe my banned account is sufficient to prevent this violation from happening in future.
