You will need to review the information in the following thread: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ In that thread, there will be a link to another support sub forum where you can post a request for account recovery (if you are not receiving the verification email when you try to recover through Control Panel). Only our admins have access to that sub forum so it may take a bit for them to assist. You can play on other accounts in the meantime.
