    I misunderstood the question. These names you listed are my friends' character names, but not the account to log on the game. The accounts logged on my PC were wslhfx and wslhfxlzh, and they are my friends' accounts.

    since you and your friend connected from the same pc you were flagged for vote abuse, you should be able to connect again now.
    make sure that you apply for the voting whitelist if your friend plays from your connection and wants to continue to vote
