Hello! Got the itch to play maple again with some friends and I was unable to log into my account. My last log in was in 2014, so please excuse my fuzzy details. ALL Your Character Names: Darklai/Cheese/Inandantia/Leizule (I think?) Last thing you did: Not play since 2014, then tried logging in tonight Why do you think you got banned?: Perhaps not banned, but my account deleted/locked. (I was also helping some older admins back in the day so I suspect that could be the reason...) Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again." What GM banned you (optional): n/a Any help is much appreciated. If the account is lost I'll be sad but it is what it is. Do let me know if there's anything that can be done. Hi Darklai, Unfortunately, it looks like your accounts were hacked and were banned to prevent further damage (specifically the ones with the IGNs Darklai and Leizule. The other two IGNs don't seem to have a ban on them). You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here: https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only. You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/ In your request, please include the following information: All your character names (IGNs): The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY): The email addresses you think might be associated with your account: Your account username (Game Login ID): The last time you played*: *Please provide an estimation if unsure Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private. Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of. You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
