Dear MapleRoyals staff, After being banned on both of my accounts they are beside posting threads on the forum pretty much useless... If possible, I would like both of them deleted so I can reuse the emails to create new accounts (when registration is available again) since I want to start over again. You as a person are banned so all characters and accounts belonging to you are permanently banned. This means all future accounts as well. You can't make new accounts.
That's a bit harsh isn't it? I know that I'm responsible for the mistakes I made and I accept the ban on both accounts, but I would really like to get a second chance since MapleRoyals is an awesome server. If I knew that a perma ban meant game over, I would never break a single rule. I also don't see anything about being banned as a person on here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/mapleroyals-game-terms-conditions.86769/, so please could I have a second chance?
"By registering a game account with MapleRoyals, you agree that you willingly accept responsibility for any and all characters on said account, and, in the case of multiple registered accounts, that any actions taken against one account registered to you apply to all registered accounts."
Ok I must not have noticed that... As I said I'm responsible for the mistakes I made and I accept the ban on both registered accounts, but I don't see anything about 'future accounts' written in the ToS... I mean This is just way too harsh. I know I've made mistakes and I can live with both accounts being perm banned, but never being able to play MapleRoyals... That's just not cool. People can change their behaviour and I can assure you that I will never break a single rule again if you would give me another chance... I love the concept of an oldschool maple server and it's just so well organised. And I would be really, really sad if I'm never able to play it again.
We don't give second chances on perma bans, nor do we give second ban appeals. If you wanted to play, then you shouldn't have broken the rules.
Why won't you just let me create a new account... and let me be happy... I know that I had to be punished for breaking the rules, but I just can't imagine not being able to play MapleRoyals again for the rest of my life. The server is so perfect! I don't want to play any of those other shitty pservers out there... they just don't feel right... Can't you just change the ToS and let people make new accounts? It can't be that hard to forgive someone who did something he regrets?
