When I try to log into the game the client never logs me in and sits at the log on screen. I went to royals.ms, logged in, and went to "Character Fixes" where it said temporarily disabled. So I took that to mean that instead of being able to log out my account, the account had been disabled. I've been inactive for a month or two, so it didn't seem too odd.
Accounts are not disabled. Assuming you have not been banned, you have something blocking your connection, like Hotspot Shield, Microsoft Loopback adapter, Hamachi.
