Closed Account from 6+ years ago seems to be locked

    ALL Your Character Names: 0calories I think? The last time I played was roughly 7 years ago. I had an assassin that was around level 50-70 if I remember correctly. I remember the IGN of a character that may be on the buddy list (not sure if that helps at all)

    Why do you think you got banned?: N/A
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): N\A

    This probably isn't enough information to go off of but i'd be happy to assist in any way possible to try and recover my account... Would like to play again :) Thanks advance!

    Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.

    Hi,

    Is there any way to access my character names through the control panel or any other way? I'm not quite sure what name(s) I used previously on the account

    If you can't remember your IGNs, then put that in the support request thread. Anything that you can remember, including class and level etc. you can put in the thread too.
