    have tried restarting modem, check to make sure all VPN is off,
    uninstalling and reinstalling the latest mapleroyals client f4

    You are trying to connect from a banned IP. You will need to power cycle your modem, and if that doesn't change your IP you will need to contact your service provider to have a new one assigned to you.
