Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about this. I wish I had better news to give. Please see more information about that here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/account-security-a-reminder.207236/ Feb 2021 incident: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/account-security.184904/ I truly am sorry this happened.
I'm sorry I haven't been paying much attention to forums lately If I can provide a screenshot of the equipment to prove that I once had it, can you regenerate the equipment for me? I know this is easy for you. And I also provided the relevant time line, which is between August 4th and 8th. You can check the online time of the hacker and the time of discarded equipment according to my login information, just like you find RWTER. Please at least help me recover my friend's equipment
If you did not divulge your account information to anyone, how was the user able to access your account without entering any credentials incorrectly? It does not look like your account was hacked, but rather it was simply accessed by somebody who had the login information. There is nothing to suggest that the user who accessed your account 'hacked' you. There were no failed login attempts (username, password, pin or pic) whatsoever, therefore they must have already known your username, password, pin and pic. Are you sure you did not share your account information with anybody?
Yes, I played DreamMs briefly, 2 accounts had the same info, but at royals, 4 of my accounts got hacked
As Matt has said, there is no evidence to suggest that a hacking attempt has taken place on your account. Your accounts were accessed with no failed login attempts. Either you shared your account information, or you used the exact same information on another server, as you have mentioned. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for data breaches from other organizations, and there are no indications that MapleRoyals has been compromised. In the other cases that have popped up previously and more recently, evidence strongly suggests they were the result of a credential stuffing attack. You can read more about the steps we've taken to ensure users have the proper tools to secure their accounts, as well as measures put in place to counter these hacking attempts in the links Becca posted. In this case, unfortunately we are unable to issue any refund for items lost.
