Closed Account got locked and I don’t receive recovery mail.

    Problem: Can’t recover my account.
    Details: Hey, after long time no see, tried to log in my account and it says “Account is locked due to serval attempts of logging” or something like that, I can verify through email and account name but I don’t receive the recovery mail.
    This is surely the mail that I used for MapleRoyals. Nothing at junk.
    Please help, tried to re email couple of times.
    Maybe a GM can help I will verify anything you want.
