IGN: Ashenfeld Problem: Mesos and PGC missing, suspecting i got hacked. Details: I logged in today after maybe a week or two and found my mesos and PGC missing. I know for sure i couldn't have put it in another character because i only have 1 character in my account. Furthermore i am very sure i had more mesos than what i had now. My keyboard had also been reset to the default key settings. Unfortunately i have no proof of the items and mesos that were once there because let's face it, who's gonna take a screenshot every now and then right? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I can confirm that an unknown computer accessed your computer once at 2018-04-06, however from what I can see everything points towards the hacker knowing your account details. From a lot of digging I have been able to confirm that your account details are obtainable online, which means you have been re-using that information for your account here. We only offer refunds in situations where we can prove an error from our side, and where we can confirm what was lost. In your situation our logs points towards the hacker knowing your information, and with that information being found online I can't offer to refund anything you have lost. Since you have changed your password, assuming it's a unique password, there is no reason to suspect this ever happening to you again here.
