IGN: elyssei Problem: My player's account was hacked, all equips were taken most likely before the v54 patch was applied and we had to make PINs/PICs. Details: It was a fully equipped character so I lost all the equipment. I've already changed my password. Can a GM or admin help me investigate this?
All accounts that we be believe may be related have already been dealt with. From our logs the hacker knew your account information prior to accessing your account, which can only happen if they obtained it from somewhere, that information has not been obtained from us. Without there being reasonable doubt to believe we were in a position to prevent this, I can't offer to refund you any items you may have lost.
