GM please help me investigate. my account is hacked and washed to zero. i lost everything...... ................. weapon glove meso cash.... how did they find out my password and everything??? My guild mate saw me login 1 hour ago but wasnt me!
Bumping your thread won't get you anywhere nor get your case be dealt with sooner. Staff works from the oldest to the newest threads, so bumping yours will only put you at the end of the queue. I encourage you to be patient and wish you the best of luck with your case.

anyways.. i hope this would help a little bit, IGN maiyoii, problem( account hacked ->0 meso) Details: ( mesos; 300+m carried with me, 1b+ with storage, items that i can recall :Sky ski wa 113, scg wa 15, 7 event glove atk scrolls, int 10 cape, speed 14 shoes, warrior top and bottm i bought for 80m each, 1 spear atk event scroll, 9 ap reset, a full inventory of scrolls ( more valuable ones overall str, top str, glove atk, shield atk), 300k voting cash from the long waiting since last year) i hope at least these can be partially recovered to recoup some losses and my confidence in this game ..
No idea how hackers did that to anyone Im scared too. Probably they hack it through the vote system that would show the IP address and account info.
yea im concerned too, about possibilities of future hacks.. maybe at least make those locks in Cash shop work.

can any GM kindly provide more info? the patch says it will be restored. but until now there is no action taken
We have a backup of your inventory as of July 23. I don't know whether or not you have played since then, but would you be willing to let us roll your inventory back to how it was as of that date? Please note, your mesos would not be affected by this roll back.
Dear John, first of all, thanks a great bunch for your long waited reply!!! According to my thread that i started, which i believe is on the same day i discovered the hack, is 24 Jul 10:24 am (+8gmt). rolling back to 23 Jul should be fine, however i am not sure if the hack happened earlier or on 23 July as i had not logged in to check. If it is possible, could you check whether my most valuable item is the wa15 scg that i was wearing on my character and 7 event glove atk scrolls are in the inventory? and the meso in storage should be about 1b
How about I roll you back to July 20 just to be safe? That's a backup we have and are planning to use with some of the other hacked accounts

When I do the rollback, anything currently in your inventory will be deleted so if you want to keep something, move it off of that character. I will look into the NX being refunded
Ok, i will transfer the inventory to my storage character (may i also check, the items the character was wearing will be rolled back too right?) and for the cash in the cash shop, should i spend up all my cash too?
