    I was opening cash shop in Fm, then suddenly it went black screen and not responding, so i close maple Alt+F4, after that 'account has already logged in'

    Because you can disconnect your character from the website at the moment you'll have to get in contact with one of the game masters. You can try to tag them in this forum or private message them.
