Closed Account has been deleted / blocked

Hi admins ,

I tried to login into my account after months of not playing.
How do i retrieve my account back ?
I can login into the control panel.
But it shows that my account is deleted / block as per attached.

Below are the details requested.

Last thing you did: Cant remember , last login is more than half a year at least or even a year.
Why do you think you got banned?: Not sure
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted / block from connection
What GM banned you (optional):

Worst to worst , I think I only did login at my wife's place with the same computer that's all.

 

Specifically, you were banned for playing on a hacked account. The evidence against you are overwhelmingly thereby I have to deny your appeal

 

I believed there is a kind of mistake. Started playing 2019 Q1 , stopped playing around 2019 Q3.
Created the account myself with my email and all , doubt anyone has access to the account either , so I would believe that it's not "hacked" account
