Account has been locked due to incorrect PIN, however I can't access my email

    As stated above I have tried relogging in after 5 years on my main account and have been blocked due to incorrect PIN. I can no longer access the email associated with the account as for some reason Google blocked it (I think I got hacked so I wanted to go into the hub and change my email). But because I can only access my account through the hub and not the main site I've therefore lost the whole account. I have been voting without playing so it would be devastating enough to leave Royals altogether as I get no benefit for voting for something I can't use. Also, no one can give time back and if I spend more time playing, I might end up losing another account as a result. It sucks, because all of this because my PIN isn't correct after 5 years.

    I'm scared I've lost my account for good and there needs to be a better way of account recovery because if i were able to change my email by simply logging in, none of this would have happened. I dont want to be forced to go elsewhere as this is my family, lost enough this year

    I have the same issue. I remembered my PIC but not the 6 digit PIN from the character screen. Tried too many times it blocked me out. Cant reset password cause when i click reset it doesnt send the link to the email. I played about 4-5 years ago also. Trying to get back, dont want to start over lol.

    Apparently they take very long to get back with help so create a ticket ASAP...

    I'm in the same boat. I believe I did send out a thing from that link before. I've now been completely blocked from trying again and I can't access the email so I fear I've lost my 70k NX
