Hi there! Originally, you were temporarily banned for 2 weeks for Glitch Abuse, specifically bypassing the current mule check we have in place for accessing Maple Tree Hill. Since there are two ban appeals with two different forum accounts claiming to own the different characters that were caught, we need to ask the following questions so we can get to the bottom of this predicament. 1. How many people are playing in your household? 2. Have you both made a voting whitelist application? 3. Since you are claiming to be two different people, why do both of you share the same PC connections?

I will have to pass this over for the Admins to review, as I've looked into what I can on my end and will require their assistance in order to resolve this issue. The Admins are fairly busy tending to toher requests and tasks that require their attention so I do not know when they will respond, but rest assured they will whenever they get a chance to. A voting whitelist is something we require people who are playing in the same household to make, so that way they don't get flagged for vote abuse.
