    Hi, i previously play mapleroyal but i forgot my ID/PW But it said i registered with an email, which i do have it in hand. Help?

    You need to send a PM to both John and Katsuruka (in the same PM) with the following information

    1) Character Name
    2) The date of birth associated with your account
    3) The email address associated with your account
    4) The sha-1 hash of a new password (the new password itself must be less than 12 characters long)

    To get the sha-1 hash of your new password, go here:
    http://www.sha1-online.com/
    Enter your password there and press the "hash" button, then paste the hash into the PM.
