    Hi, I've been trying to vote on my alt for a couple weeks now. I've tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, even using my phone.
    I have a feeling it's because the account ID has some special characters in it.

    Still unable to receive NX.
    I get a cooldown with the gtop100 website but never a cooldown on the royals site.

    Along with the brief description of the issue + the affected account ID so that the Admin may investigate

    Note: please do not reveal account ID to anyone else, but GMs or Admin
