The account censored (my wife's account) is entirely gone from MapleRoyals. We just played yesterday, but today she is unable to sign in, and upon trying to sign into the royals.ms account, she received the message "The account censored does not exist." This is 100% the sign in name as well. What can we do about this? Why did it even happen? Edit: And just in case anyone wants to know, neither she nor I are hackers, nor have ever had any interest in hacking, and no character names were ever problematic/offensive. Nothing ban-worthy to the best of both of our knowledge.
