Account is not a registered ID

Hi, i have problems logging in to the game. I already created an account for ingame and clicked on the activation link but it still shows 'not a registered ID'...
I've also tried reinstalling the game and disabling my firewall

Am i missing out any steps? Please help. Thank you so much!

Does your login ID have any signs like dots etc..?

 

Nope! it's all letters

Yes Im able to log in

 

Maybe if you try something simple as restarting your computer and then try again.

 

Did you sign up for the Beta or the normal server?
Cause they look very similar and I would try create an account http://royals.ms/?page=register

 

I've just restarted and tried to log in but seems like it stills doesnt work.
I created under the normal server. I've tried creating another account and the results are still the same..

 

You are not able to create more than 1 account under the same email, are you using different?
Was thinking if you didn't fill out the captcha and that the creation never went through.

 

I tried making another one with my second email actually ^^;;

 

I am able to create accounts, seeing I am not aware of any problems with making accounts.

Are you sure you downloaded the correct game and not the Beta?

• Uploading an image of your mapleroyals folder could be helpful
• Download the client from here and replace the one in your mapleroyals folder http://royals.ms/forum/threads/are-you-looking-for-a-client.31319/
• Pick an easier account name/login ID and try if that makes any difference, and make sure caps lock is off.

 

Oh! I think i downloaded mine from the beta because the one on the website wasnt working for me. Thank you so much! I'll download this and try it out. Sorry for the trouble ^^

 

You must use this page http://royals.ms/?page=download
You can't download just the client since all your files are wrong.

Please download the whole setup.

 

After i download from that page, it says Error reading setup initializing file though

 

I would guess the download got corrupted, disable your antivirus and browsers security and download it again.
Also trying with a different browser might help.
