Hello, Im having a serious problem with my account. Im trying to unlock my account, because the account has been locked due to excessive login attempts. I got everything, but when i used to reset the password, the website keeps telling me that an email was sent to me, and nothing happened. Neither on the principal entry mails nor spam.
