I recently came back from a long hiatus and noticed suspicious activities on my bishop & night lord (missing equips, keyboard layout reset). I had just remembered I had an account with mules on it but was unable to login into it. Ban message when attempting to log in: this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection I've reset my password, pic, and pin, on that account.
You were right, your account was hacked and subsequently banned to prevent further damage. You have been unbanned now, and I would suggest changing your login info on all of your accounts just to be safe.
