Okay, but in my case, it wasn't used with the intention of offending/upsetting any persons. I can understand if you were to apply a ban onto someone who uses it in a negative way, but shouldn't there at least be a warning system implemented? If I had been warned instead of being banned, I still would have never ever said it again as I would never intentionally want to break the rules of a game I enjoy playing? It was a harmless, un-detrimental mistake, and I dont believe this at all is a fair punishment?
Like I said, it doesn't matter the context. If you're reported, that means the person felt offended by the word you used. And like I've also said, we have zero tolerance against such words. We are not obligated to give players any warning prior to the ban, as you are deemed to have read and understood our Terms and Conditions upon registering your account. You will serve your 3-day ban.
okay, not point in going further. I just hope you, and your superiors know, that not providing your player base with a voice to express their personal sides will affect your community growth in the future. And with how subjective "offence" is these days, you'll find yourselves losing more and more mature, and completely understanding players. Pave the way for the future I guess.
