Closed Account Recovery! Help Please!

    All Your Character Names: bluexazn, bryceps, (honestly its been so long, I can't remember the others)
    Last thing you did: I played about 2-3 years ago, I haven't played since then, I didn't give my login details to anyone, I genuinely just wanted to come back and play and
    Why do you think you got banned?: I have no idea, I haven't played in 2-3 years, I went and tried different servers like MapleSaga, MapleLegends, and then I started to work I travel around the world, had some off time and wanted to try MapleRoyals again
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"
    What GM banned you (optional): no idea

    Unfortunately, it seems that the account you cannot connect to was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials for that account here:

    https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may continue to play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
