I tried PM a staff member to get into my account around 7 days ago. I didn't remember the password at first but I finally figured it. Now I can't remember my PIN and more than likely won't remember my PIC either so I messaged again with no reply as of yet. I followed the instructions in the account recovery thread so I was making this thread to see how long it usually takes to get back into a lost account.
