Good afternoon, I recently create an account and played for awhile 3 days later I tried to log in again but it says my password is wrong. I tried the control panel to reset but I did not received any email confirmation. I might have accidentally key in a wrong email or some typo.. would seek your assistance to retrieve my account. I turned off the account for a while, now when I play, I am told that the account has been locked or blocked. What does it mean? Can I still play before? Please explain for me, I want to play again
If u have issues with your email recovery, you can try this guide @meopanda2 if you have you received ''This is an ID that has been deleted OR blocked from connection'', try restarting your router. If cannot fix, make a ban appeal
