Anyone know how the accuracy for the skill is calculated? It doesn't use your accuracy stat as far as I know since mobs I can hit, get hit with "miss". Does it use magic accuracy instead or a whole new accuracy formula?
https://github.com/P0nk/Cosmic It's a v83 pserver backend intended to fully mimic vanilla. Even if royals doesn't use cosmic it's really likely to use the same accuracy formula. If you can't read Java then it probably won't be much help to you.
