Hi, If you have registered on the forum in the last week or so you may not have been receiving the activation emails to verify your forum account. There was a problem with the SMTP settings which should now be resolved. I have resent activation codes to everyone registered in the last week. This would have also affected users trying to recover their lost passwords, so that function should now also be working. Sorry for the inconvenience, Matt
I was stuck on this for the past 2 days trying to get my forum email activation haha! Glad it's finally fixed now though! ~FoX
Since the server maintenance on Wednesday 30th April there were problems again with the forum emails being sent. This should now be resolved. I have resent verification emails to those who registered after 30th April.
Unfortunately the emails got clogged up again. I am resending activation emails to the recently registered users now!
In case this problem occurs again, I have opened up the Forum and Website section to unregistered users so that they can post for help with forum account activation. Unregistered users who take advantage of this to post inappropriately will have their posts deleted and be banned from the forum. Before posting for help with forum account activation, please follow these steps: 1) Please check the spam folders in your email account to make sure the validation email has not ended up there. 2) To activate your forum account, you will need to have a valid email address.
