A few months ago, Horntail runs were very rare, and level 140+ characters were impressive. As the level distribution is shifting more towards after 4th job, I feel its necessary to add content for higher levels to prevent stagnation. No one wants to train at skeles from 120 to 200, its just tedious and boring. Lion Heart Castle is my suggestion, but before people start complaining, I would not recommend adding the lvl 130 equipment. LHC was pre big bang, it introduced the party play system, and was not overly OP. For those of you not familiar with it, the maps are full of semi boss monster mobs that give a very generous amount of XP in exchange for their incredibly high HP. The more interesting part of the maps is the party play system. With it, EXP is increased the more members in a party you have in the map. Why this is important, is it changes the grinding mechanic towards favoring parties. As it is now, its rare for people to form parties for training other than duo with a bishop or bossing . With LHC added, 6 people of non traditional job choices will have a feasible way to level, besides bossing. And that is per map, per channel. If I recall there are two maps in the castle that are optimal xp, that would allow for an additional 12 people to train per channel. What this will do, is thin some of the overcrowding at popular end game maps such as Ulu, Newties, and Skellies. Allow for more people wishing to train to be able to. And introduce a more social training experience. Maplestory is a grind fest. That is part of the game design and something we don't want to eliminate as it is a major factor of the nostalgia. The limiting factor to leveling shouldn't be whether or not you can find a map, but rather if you are willing to dedicate the time and effort. Thoughts, questions, complaints?

Actually, the discussion about updating to a v83 source has been here for way longer and the new source was already announced to be work in progress in january.
