This is just an idea that rather than relying solely on gachapon for a lot of the 30% dark scrolls. It would be great if we were able to hunt for them rather than be forced into the single option of buying. Its annoying because for certain classes i.e BW Paladin, people tend to throw away the scrolls i need making it much harder to collect scrolls.
If you make it known to the public that your scrolls are in demand (smega, spamming FM, asking around, thread on forum), then people will start collecting them for you, and may even just give them to you for free. As for the suggestion, I prefer it being solely gachapon. It makes using the gachapon worthwhile. If they dropped from mobs, the prices would go significantly down and people would probably stop buying scrolls if they could just hunt for them.
