Adding URLs to in-game chats?

    I checked the ToS a few times on this, but I wasn't too sure if it fell under Spam, so I just wanted to clarify.

    Are we allowed to add shortened URLs that lead to Royals forum posts in in-game chats? (e.g. smegas, store signs, chalkboards, all-chat)
