    Hello,

Recently, I have been noticing an absurd increase in the amount of maps having vacced mobs. What makes it even more ridiculous is that as I am in the middle of farming, I see these hackers vac the entire mobs to the top of the map and ruining the spawn rate of the map. They then change to another channel and proceed to vac the entire mobs for that map next.

According to the rules and the screenshot below:

    1. Game Hacking - The act of using or benefiting from any third-party program or macro program, editing or defacing any part of the game to gain any sort of advantage over other players, or otherwise selling, advertising, distributing, or posting information related to the act.

I am unable to clear the mobs that have been vacced to a certain part of the map because that is "benefiting" from the hacker. When quite literally all 20 channels in the map I'm in has been vac hacked, I am forced to move to another method of making mesos or stopping for the day because there are just no more clear channels for me to be in. Posted below are some screenshots that show what I mean and keep in mind, this is the same for literally EVERY single channel of EVERY map. I'm not going to bother screenshotting every channel to get my point across.

Yes, there is the option to report the hackers but seriously, what is that going to do in the long run? There's a whole army of hackers out there and quite honestly, it would put a smile to the hackers face if I wasted my time reporting them and waiting multiple days for a response, knowing that they would come back in less than a minute.

    Solution:
Simply put, the ultimate solution to this would be to implement a fully functioning autoban, but I'm sure the staff already gets enough crap from the people for not having it yet and for all we know, staff could be working extremely hard on it right now as we speak, so I won't bother going in-depth on autoban.

I would like to propose a change in the T&C that utilizes map ownership more in where if there is no hacker with map ownership of it, the player is free to kill the vacced mobs without fear of being banned. From someone that is going batshit insane over grinding mesos for this auf helm, it certainly does not help to be forced to stop farming for mesos due to the hands of hackers so I would like for map ownership to be utilized in this matter to help the legit players.

I've been quite frustrated with how this game has been going but nonetheless, I do appreciate all the work that staff is putting in and I hope that you will consider making a change like this for the betterment of the legit players.

    Thank you,
    lee

I am not sure if we necessarily want to change the rule from the way it's written in the T&C, but as a clarification regarding whether or not you will get banned for killing vacced mobs I stand by this statement I made when this question was asked previously:

We are aware that there seems to be more of an abundance of vacced mobs recently, and this is not actually due to an increase in the amount of hackers, but rather an individual who is trying to make things look worse than they actually are. They seem to be going around to essentially every single map in the game to solely vac mobs. The person in your screenshot seems to be related to this as they appear to be very low level and unable to kill the mobs in the map that they were vaccing in. We would love to enable the autoban for vaccing right now, but unfortunately we are not yet happy with the accuracy of the checks, and would not want to release an autoban which has even a small chance of causing issues for legitimate players.
