IGN: Enquiry Problem: Turned in Mrs. Claus' gift on the last active day of the event, and did not receive a reward Details: I turned the gift in on the first hour of the 25th day, and was told the event has ended by the NPC. I still have the present in my etc inventory. Many others have this issue and I was told by an ingame GM message to post here to solve the issue.
