Would you agree that the quest and card medal stats be added, that is, 7 all stats + 3 w att/8m att and 1000 hp/mp? I am referring to the last medal added, since it is not a simple mix but rather it brings tasks to do quite apart from what was already done to obtain the previous two!
Quest virtuoso is much harder than adventurer's assignment, and although I haven't gotten legendary collector I assume that too is much harder. So unless the last quest requires as many quests/cards as both of those combined, I'd have to say no.
Perhaps we can talk to Olaf after completing the adventurer's assignment, and showing him either Quest Virtuoso/Legendary Collector to add the stats from those medals onto the Ultimate Adventurer Medal. Ultimate Quest Virtuoso Ultimate Adventurer Collector but I think we already have a thread on combining Quest Virtuoso and Legendary Collector so
I was thinking they'd fuse the medal with either one or both because right now, the medal alone isn't a great incentive if you're content with your hp. The last quest especially is not really worth it since one has to spend billions on skills that may be unnecessary (and might even have to SPR into the skill just for the quest). And/or buy a von leon kill (price check?) I know about the 5SP but I'm told that's not enough to make a difference for some classes.
Let’s take a look at the competitive medals that were in the game before adding the Ultimate Adventurer medal, namely Level 200 Medals, Legendary Collector and Quest Virtuoso. Level 200 Medals Gallant Warrior Watk +3 Accuracy +5 HP +50 Wiseman Matk +8 Avoidability +5 HP +50 Lord Sniper Watk +3 Avoidability +5 HP +50 Legendary Thief Watk +3 Avoidability +4 HP +50 King Pirate Watk +3 Accuracy +5 HP +50 Legendary Collector Watk +3 Matk +8 HP +1000 MP +1000 Quest Virtuoso STR +7 DEX +7 INT +7 LUK +7 HP: 300 MP: 300 Jump +10 Avoidability +20 The Level 200 medal is most likely the easiest to obtain between those three as the Legendary Collector requires you to collect 400 full sets of monster cards and the Quest Virtuoso requires you to finish 1.000 Quest. Now let’s take a look at the new medal: Ultimate Adventurer Watt +3 Matk +8 Accuracy +10 Avoidability +10 Speed +5 Jump +5 It is correct that this one is just a bit better than the Level 200 medals, but that is because it’s also just bit more effort to obtain it and more importantly some people seem to forget the rewards they got from the Adventurer‘s Assignment questline until then. 3.000 total HP or MP is a huge reward. The HP is equivalent to 85 completions of the Elixir of Life quest at Reuel or up to 166 HP washes via APR depending on your class. At the current rate of 8,5m per APR that’s around 1.4b worth of mesos. Then there are also further rewards like nx goodies and least but not least 5 SP to make up for our custom change regarding Heroes Will 10. For someone who already obtained Legendary Collector or Quest Virtuoso the Ultimate Adventurer medal might look underwhelming but keep in mind that it only requires you to Complete 300 quests Collect 200 unique monster cards (not sets) Complete a certain portion of optional task where most of those are as easy as defeating a boss, finishing a party quest or defeating monsters in specific areas Do 3 of these final tasks (as getting Echo and Drako is a matter of a few minutes) Obtain Hero‘s Will 10 Defeat 5.000 monsters in LHC Obtain 250 Tokens of Teamwork Kill von Leon Point 1-3 can be naturally completed on your journey from 1-200. Point 4 is something you can take your time with. The questline is not designed to be a sweaty endgame one nor is there any reason to rush it, especially if you don’t rely on additional HP anymore. The medal is just the cherry on top of the questline rewards. By the time you are rewarded with it you’ve already proven to be able to survive endgame bosses and therefore we’ve spread the total HP reward between Assignement 1 and 9. We’ve just discussed the medal again and for the reasons above came to the conclusion that it’s good enough for what it is. Tbh personally I’m a bit confused by your suggested stats. Why would one even do the Legendary Collector or Quest Virtuoso challenge when this easier challenge would combine their stats? At the very least the suggestion could‘ve been to combine the stats of these if you completed them both and the Adventurer‘s Assignment questline on top similar to what was suggested here. Personally I’m in favor for a Completionist style medal, but it’s an ongoing discussion on our end and there are some other projects and ideas attached we need to look into first. To be clear just because I like a completionist medal concept it doesn’t mean it will be implemented. I hope these insights make sense to you. Thanks for your feedback, but I’ll have to deny your suggestion.
To reiterate, Saledor's suggestion is the best: get this medal and then go to Olaf (or maybe the Orbis tower goddess npc or whatever) and have the option of attaching QV or LC to it if you have those medals. Maybe this was what OP was trying to say. I would like to know what the staff thinks of this suggestion. Personally I think the difficulty of UA is being underestimated here, not everyone can just waltz into a VL party and would you gamble billions on a skill you might not need just for the medal? You could've sunk that into APR, CS/WS... or just do the HP quest instead (time = money). And PQ tokens. If it were that easy, we'd be seeing people wearing UA everywhere. I think we would've seen smegas of people buying VL kills for this medal if it was truly in demand.
