Leveling up my first MapleRoyals character after being absent from MapleStory for 15 years or so. Yesterday, I just managed to complete my job advancement to be an assassin. So, currently level 30. My stats are 55 dex, with the rest of my points into Luck. From my understanding, you want as much luck as possible, with only enough dex for equipment. My question is, should I be buying gear with dex, so that I can put all my points into luck? or get gear with luck and just keep putting points into dex to meet requirements? I'm pretty poor, as I'm a brand new player, so I'm limited in that way. Thanks!
Hello Hayes and welcome to the Server! First of all you can play it like you want. If you want to have dex and wear normal thief equips. I suggest you to go so low dex as possible and maybe skipping Top and Bottom for an 13-18 Dex Overall, go so low dex as possible or even dexless and buying a Maple Claw / Maple Kandayo. If you give you me user name i can give you both Getting 10 Dex Earrings and a Zak Helm If you vote Daily, you can easily buy this Equips with either the Eye of Fire or the NX you sold with AP Reset (10m ea). Most of the people would recommend to you go for Dexless, this means investing no points into Dex and only to put it into Luk! Wearing Maple Pyrope Claw or Maple Skanda as their Midgame/Lategame weapon. Until they are founded enough to go low dex with mostly Dex scrolled Equip. Try to go for Zak so early as possible, so you having a good helmet which is giving you some INT.
